A 50% deposit is required, with full payment due by June 1, 2010.

Please pay the 50% deposit due for the 2010 Oakbrook Terrace, IL Annual General Membership meeting. This fee is per person
and there is an additional $2.50 service charge added for this deposit.
When you pay the total amount of the registration fee, there is a $5.00 service charge added for this service. This
fee applies to each individual person.

The host hotel is the Holiday Inn Oak Brook, 17 W. 350-22nd Street,
Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181. Hotel reservations can be made at our host hotel by calling (630) 833-3600
to book your room. Our block of rooms is being held under the name CLAN NISBET. The costs for
the rooms are $99.00 per night. There is a reservation deadline, cut-off date of June 1, 2010. Reservations made
after 5:00 pm local time at the hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted (but not guaranteed) based on the
availability of space and/or the rate.
